How to use Password Manager on an Apple Device

To save passwords to your password manager, you must turn on what is called iCloud Keychain. iCloud Keychain is the password management system created by Apple. This system keeps passwords and credit card information you save up to date on devices that you approve, such as your iPad.

How to access Password Manager on an Apple device

Now that you have turned on the iCloud Keychain on your device, let’s take a look at how to view your saved passwords on the password manager.

Below are the steps on how to access Password Manager on an Apple device:

Step 1: Locate and tap on the Settings app icon on your home screen.

Step 2: Scroll up to find the menu option titled Passwords on the left-side of the screen. This option is about half way down on the menu.

Step 3: When you tap on Passwords, you will be asked to input your passcode that you use to get into the iPad.

Step 4: After you input your passcode, you will see a menu on the right-side of the screen with a list of all of the accounts you have created. They are categorized in alphabetical order. If you tap on any of the accounts, you will be able to view your username and password saved for that specific account.
